摘　　要：介绍合武客运专线信号施工中克服交通不便、施工环境差等困难,大胆革新工艺流程和施工方法,适应客运专线建设的工序平行、交错、搭接频繁,交叉作业的具体做法,分析安全、质量和生产进度的相互关系,强调安全质量在抢工期、保开通过程中的重要意义,并提出了施工管理的几点建议。The paper introduces the practical measures for overcoming difficulties of poor traffic and work condition, renovating process flow and installation methods, adapting parallel and crossing working in signaling project of Hefei-Wuhan DPL. It also analyzes the relations between safety, quality and working schedule, emphasizing the important significance of safety and quality in the process of shortening time limit and ensuring commissioning, and puts forward some suggestions for project management.
