摘　　要：分析了装备发展的根本原因和装备需求的本质，提出装备需求同时具有客观性和主观性2种性质。阐述r客观与主观装备需求的主要特点和相互关系，以及认清装备需求的本质对装备需求开发乃至装备发展工作的现实意义。提出发挥人的主观能动性，创新装备需求，是实现装备科学发展和扭转装备发展被动局面的最佳途径。The basic reasons of equipment development and essence of equipment demand are analyzed in this paper, at the same time, the objectivity and subjectivity of equipment demand is proposed. The main characteristics and relationships of two kinds of equipment demands are expatiated. The realistic meaning of knowing the essence of equipment demand to its development is explained. It is proposed that the best way to realizing scientific development of equipment and changing passive situation is exerting creativity of mankind.
