摘  要:目的:观察血液灌流(HP)对维持性血液透析(HD)患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法:测定15例HD患者血液灌流前、后血清FGF-23、全段PTH(iPTH)及血清肌酐、钙、磷等指标。透析方案:血液灌流联合血液透析1次/2周,HD5次/2周,总共12次为1个疗程。结果:单次HP患者的血清肌酐水平均明显下降(P<0.05)。HP治疗12次后患者FGF-23(88.51±35.0ng·L-1)、血磷(87.85±33.65ng·L-1)均明显下降。结论:血液灌流可降低HD患者FGF-23水平,改善血磷代谢。Objective: To explore the effect of hemoperfusion on the level of werum fibroblast growth factor-23 in hemodialysis patients. Methods:Serum FGF23 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assy(ELISA) before and after hemoperfusion in a cohort of 15 HD patients. Serum intact PTH ,creatinine,calcium and phosphorus were also measured at the same time. Results: Serum FGF-23 was significantly higher in HD patients(534.50 ± 106.38pg/ml vs 11.76 ± 3.63 pg/ml). After a period of hemoperfusion, serum FGF-23 and phosphorus was much downregulated,as well as iPTH and TG. Conclusion: Serum FGF-23 is significantly downregulated after a long term of hemoperfusion. Maybe it can regulate the metabolism of phosphorus.
