脓毒症诱发多脏器功能障碍综合征伴贫血102例患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性重症监护病房中感染诱发的多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者贫血的发病情况。方法:2007年7月—2008年9月入住ICU的MODS患者,于第1天、第3天及第7天抽取患者的静脉血测定血红蛋白数值及红细胞压积。结果:所有患者的血红蛋白均有一定程度的下降,第1天与第3天比较P<0.05,第1天与第7天之间比较P<0.01。结论:MODS患者在疾病发展过程中均有一定程度的血红蛋白下降,死亡组下降比存活组明显。Objective： To explore the incidence rate of anemia in patients with sepsis-induced multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）. Methods： A total of 102 patients in intensive care unit （ICU） with sepsis-induced MODS were enrolled into the study. The hemoglobin and hematocrit were measured in the first, third and seventh day of admission. Results：The mean level of both hemoglobin and hematocrit were decreased significantly during the hospitalization,P for trend〈0.05. Conclusion： The hemoglobin will drop in the patients of infective MODS. The pathogenesis is complicated and influenced by lots of factors.
