摘　　要：通过分析近年来美国人口老龄化带来的心血管等疾病的增加及其对美国医疗器械市场的导向性作用,结合中国的人口和医疗器械市场现状,指出了在人口老龄化的背景下,心血管疾病诊疗器械在中国具有巨大的潜在市场以及所存在的价格昂贵、公众认知度不高等问题。参照相关政策,为国内医疗器械企业提出了加强研发、适应医疗体制改革的应对措施。In recent years, the United States analyzing the aging of the population brought by the increase in cardiovascular diseases such as medical equipment and its impact on the U.S. market-oriented role, combined with the present condition of population and medical device market of China, the trend of aging is pointed out and that there is a great potential market of medical device for cardiovascular disease in China, but some problems still exist, such as high price, low public acceptance, etc. According to relevant policies, corresponding suggestions were proposed for domestic medical device companies to enhance their R＆D capability and adaptability to the medical system reform.
