从澳大利亚司法鉴定管理体制看我国刑事技术管理体制

摘　　要：体制不完善,运行机制不畅通,"软件"建设相对滞后等因素制约着我国刑事技术行业的健康、稳定发展。参照澳大利亚司法鉴定管理体制,公安机关应当从战略高度来认识刑技工作,理顺管理体制和运行机制,改善工作环境,完善标准化体系建设,以促进刑事技术工作规范化、现代化发展。The health and steady development of criminal technique has been restricted by such facts as imperfect systems,unsmooth running mechanism,lagging software construction. Comparing with Australia＇s justice identification management systems, public security organs should treat it with the point of strategy,make management systems and running mechanism smooth,improve working condition and perfect standardization system construction,thus to promote criminal technique＇s standardization and modernization development.
