电视胸腔镜下手术治疗自发性气胸131例

摘　　要：目的总结电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗自发性气胸的经验和体会。方法对131例自发性气胸行电视胸腔镜肺大疱切除术,其中左侧气胸54例,右侧63例,双侧14例;单纯性气胸107例,合并液气胸16例、血胸5例、脓气胸3例。结果手术均获成功,术后并发胸腔积液1例,拔管后气胸3例,经穿刺抽液抽气后均痊愈出院。结论VATS治疗自发性气胸,具有创伤小、效果可靠、复发率低等优点,是最佳的治疗方法。Objective To sum up the experience and comprehending of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery （VATS） in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods A total of lal patients with spontaneous pneumothorax was treated by bunamiodyl resection through video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery （VATS）. Of the total, 54 were left pneumothorax, 63 were right pneumothorax, 14 were double pneumothorax. One hundred and seven were simple pneumothorax, 16 were hydro- pneumothorax, five was haematothorax, three was pneumopyothorax. Results All operations were successful. Postoperative complications occurred in four cases, one coincided pleural effusion, three were pneumothorax after extubate, the 4 patients were cured by various proper ways. Conclusions Operation has obviously small wound with hight diagnosis rate, low recurrence rate, quickly recover after surgery. VATS is the first preference upon other methods.
