摘　　要：介绍了全断面隧洞掘进机(TBM)在国内外的应用情况。对在国内工程施工中TBM法与钻爆法进行了经济比较,提出TBM法施工过程中应注意TBM的选型,TBM在不良地质洞段的施工技术及TBM施工的后配套系统的配备等问题。The applications of the tunnel boring machine （TBM） at home and abroad are introduced herein, and then the economic comparison is made on both the method of TBM and the blasting method applied to the projects in China. Furthermore, some attentive points such as the equipment selection of TBM, the construction technique of TBM for the tunneling in poor geological tunnel section, the equipping with the backup system for the TBM construction etc. are put forward as well.
