复方中药抑制原发性肝癌患者外周血内皮祖细胞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药治疗对原发性肝癌的作用机制。方法将38例患者随机分为2组,中药组18例在手术前1周开始服用复方中药至手术后,对照组20例只作单纯手术,采用流式细胞仪测定患者外周血内皮祖细胞含量,ELISA测定G-CSF含量。结果中药组和对照组治疗前外周血内皮祖细胞的含量分别为每106个白细胞含116.2±32.2个和123.8±25.4个,G-CSF水平分别53.1±4.6 pg.ml-1和51.8±6.9 pg.ml-1,2组没有显著差异。治疗后2组外周血内皮祖细胞的含量分别为每106白细胞含63.2±12.7个和95.6±21.5个,差异显著(P<0.05),但G-CSF水平没有明显差异。结论复方中药在肝癌围手术期中提高手术疗效可能与减少外周血内皮祖细胞的含量和VEGF水平有关。Objective To explore the mechanism of compound Chinese herbs on primary hepatic carcinoma （Ⅱ-Ⅲ）. Methods 38 patients were divided randomly into two groups, the Chinese herbs group （n=18） were taken compound Chinese herbs one week before and after the operation, and the control group （n=20） received operation only. The contents of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells were detected by flow cytometry and granulocyte-colony stimulating factor （G-CSF） were measured by ELISA. Results The contents of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells before the treatment in Chinese herbs group and control group were 116.2±32.2 cells·10^-6 WBC and 123.8±25.4 cells-10^-6 WBC respectively, and the levels of G-CSF were 53.1±4.6 pg·mL^-1 and 51.8±6.9 pg·mL^-1 respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The contents of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells after the treatment were 63.2±12.7 cell. 104 WBC and 95.6±21.5 cell·10^-6 WBC respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the level of G-CSF between the two groups. Conclusion Compound Chinese herbs is effective distinctly applied before and after the operation for primary hepatic carcinoma, and the mechanism may he related with the content of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells and the level of vascular endothelial growth factor.
