养心草水提液和醇提液宁心安神药效比较的实验研究

摘　　要：目的确定养心草宁心安神作用的最佳提取溶剂和最佳给药剂量。方法实验筛选养心草醇提液和水提液高(灌胃生药量33.88 g.kg￣1.d￣1)、中(16.94 g.kg￣1.d￣1)、低(8.47 g.kg￣1.d￣1)剂量对小鼠自主活动的影响及养心草高、中、低剂量协同阈剂量的戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验和阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验的效果。结果养心草水提液高剂量组和醇提液的低、中、高剂量组均能明显减少小鼠自主活动数(P<0.01);醇提液的低、中、高剂量组均明显延长小鼠睡眠时间(P<0.01);水提液高剂量组和醇提液的低、中、高剂量组均能明显增加小鼠入睡只数(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论养心草醇提液的宁心安神效果明显较水提液好,且醇提液中剂量的效果最佳。Objective To explore the optimum extraction solvent and the optimum administration dosage of Sedum aizoon L. which has tranquilizing mind effect. Methods Mice were divided into high, middle and low dose groups of alcohol extract and water extract of Sedum aizoon L. and received 33.88 g.kg·^-1·d^-1, 16.94 g·kg^-1 ·d^-1, 8.47 g·kg^-1·d^-1 crude drug by gastric perfusion respectively. The autonomic activities and sleeping time in mice, and the amount of sleeping mice were observed and compared. Results The high dose of water extract, low, middle and high dose of alcohol extract of Sedum aizoon L. could significantly decrease the autonomic activities in mice （P〈0.01）, and increase the amount of sleeping mice （P〈0.05, 0.01）. The low, middle and high dose of alcohol extract of Sedum aizoon L. could significantly prolong the sleeping time in mice （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The tranquilizing mind effect of alcohol extract of Sedum aizoon L. is better than that of water extract, and the effect of the middle dose of alcohol extract is the optimum.
