中医药治疗小儿RSV肺炎的有效性和安全性

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎的临床有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机、平行对照的原则,将114例患儿分为两组,试验组静滴清开灵注射液,痰热闭肺证口服儿童清肺口服液,风热闭肺证口服小儿咳喘灵口服液;对照组静滴利巴韦林注射液,口服复方愈创木酚磺酸钾口服液,疗程10d。对所得数据进行卡方检验、秩和检验或t检验。结果:临床疾病疗效评价结果:试验组愈显率87.72%,对照组71.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以治疗前后主症积分的差值对主症进行疗效再评价,结果两组在咳嗽、气促、肺部听诊、胸部X线片方面,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组优于对照组。以治疗前后主症积分之和进行比较,结果两组在发热、痰壅方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组安全性评价结果显示:试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医药治疗小儿RSV肺炎具有良好的有效性和安全性。Objective：To research curative effect and safety of Chinese medicine treating on respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods： 114 cases with RSV pneumonia were divided into 2 groups according to random, equal control principal. Qingkailing injection combine with Children Qingfei Oral liquid or Children Keelhauling Oral liquid were used in accumulation of phlegm-heat in lung syndrome or wind and heat invasion of lung syndrome respectively in test group. Ribavirin injection combine with compound guaiacol potassium sulfonale oral solution was used in control group. The time of therapy was 10 days for each group. Results： The cure rate in test group and control group were 87.72% and 71.93% （ P〈0.05 ） . The score diminishment of cough, short breath, auscultation on lung and X-ray between pre-treatment and post-treatment in test group were higher than that of control group respectively （P〈0.01）. The score accumulation of fever and sputum symptom in post-treatment in test group were lower than that of.control group （P〈0.05）. The safety in test group was better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The effect and safety of Chinese medicine is better on treating Children＇s respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.
