颐年降压饮治疗南粤地区早期原发性高血压患者临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察颐年降压饮治疗南粤地区早期原发性高血压患者临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选择早期原发性高血压中医证属痰瘀阻络、肝阳偏亢型病例79例,随机分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(39例),分别给予颐年降压饮和天麻钩藤饮进行连续2个疗程30天的治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗后血压与脉压(PP)的变化,以及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和血管假性血友病因子(vWF)的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组收缩压、舒张压降低较对照组显著(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组PP、ET-1、vWF均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后进行安全性指标检测,均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:颐年降压饮可以显著改善早期原发性高血压患者临床证候,具有较好的降低血压的作用,且安全稳定,未发现明显副作用。其具有的缩小PP水平,降低血浆ET-1、vWF浓度,可能与其保护血管内皮功能,进而改善动脉弹性有关。Objective： To explore the effects of clinical treatment and protection on endothelial function of early essential hypertension patients treated with YiNianJiangYa （YNJY） soup in southern Guangdong area. Methods： 79 early essential hypertension cases with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome of phlegm stasis blocking collaterals, excess of liver yang were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, treated with YNJY soup and TianMaGouTeng （TMGT） soup respectively for two courses of treatment. Differences of clinical treatment effect, blood pressure and pulse pressure after treatment, as well as plasma endothelin-1 （ET-1） and von Willebrand factor （vWF） between the two groups were measured. Results： The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）; systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of treatment group were lower than that of control group after treatment （P〈0.01）; pulse pressure （PP）, ET-1 and vWF of treatment group were decreased more significantly compared with those of control group after treatment（P〈0.05）; there was no significantly change in the security detection indexes between before and after treatment（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： YNJY soup can significantly improve clinical treatment effect of the early essential hypertension patients, has good effect of decreasing blood pressure and no obvious side effects. It has many effects that reduces PP and the levels of plasma ET-1, vWF, may be related to protection of endothelial function, thereby improve the artery flexibility.
