摘  要:目的:探讨海蛇提取物对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:选用对Ⅱ型胶原(CⅡ)敏感的雄性DA大鼠30只,随机分为3组即对照组、CIA模型组和海蛇治疗组。后两组建立CIA大鼠模型,于造模后第15d,海蛇治疗组(1.84g·kg-1·d-1剂量,1ml/100g体质量体积)灌胃给药,对照组及模型组分别按1ml/100g体质量体积给予生理盐水灌胃,治疗30d后,解剖大鼠,计算关节炎指数,光镜观察大鼠膝、踝关节病理改变,检测血清中SOD、T-AOC、MDA的含量。结果:海蛇治疗组滑膜增生及滑膜组织水肿减轻,新血管及血管翳形成减少,改善关节面破损,能明显升高大鼠血清SOD、T-AOC水平,降低MDA含量。结论:海蛇提取物对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠有明显的治疗效果,其机制可能与有效改善体内氧自由基代谢有关。Objective: To study the effect of extractive from Lapemis Hardwick Ⅱ on serum SOD,T-AOC and MDA levels on rats with type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis ( CIA ) .Methods: 30 DA male rats sensitive to type Ⅱ collagen were randomly divided into control group, model group and treatment group. On the 15th day after establishing model, rats of treatment group were were orally administered with extractive from Lapemis HardwickⅡ, (1.84g/kg/d, 1ml/100g weight ). After 30 days' treatment, rats were dissected, arthritis index, serum SOD,T-AOC and MDA levels were detected, and histo-pathological changes of ankle and gonarthrosis were observed.Results: Extractive from Lapemis HardwickII improved synovium hyperplasia, oedema and damage of articular facet, decreased neovascularity pannus, upregulated serum SOD,T-AOC levels significantly and down- regulated MDA level.Conclusion: Extractive from Lapemis HardwickⅡ can treat type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritis probably by effective improving oxyradical metabolism in vivo.
