摘  要:目的:优选何首乌配方颗粒的最佳水提取工艺。方法:以制何首乌提取物中二苯乙烯苷和大黄素的含量为检测指标,采用正交试验设计对何首乌配方颗粒制备过程中的水提取工艺进行研究。结果:最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5h。结论:该方法稳定可行,适用于制何首乌的提取。Objective: To study effect of different extraction procedure on the content of stilbene glucoside and emodin of Polygonum multiflorum concentrated solution and investigate the optimum water-extraction procedure of Polygonum multiflorum prescription granules. Methods: Taking the content of stilbene glucoside and emodin as markers, water-extraction procedure for polygonum multiflorum prescription granules was studied with orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extracting procedure is 10 times water, extracting 3 times, the time was 1.5h each time. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and suitable for extraction of Radix polygoni multiflori preparata.
