运用矛盾定律分析查新委托技术资料存在的问题

摘　　要：为履行查新人的职业道德,规范查新委托人的学术行为,笔者应用矛盾定律评判问题,应用逻辑推理分析问题;从而分析出查新委托技术资料存在问题的症结。笔者最后提醒科研人员在填报查新委托技术资料中要实事求是,科学严谨。For the objective of better performing the professional ethics of the evaluator, and normalizing the academic action of commission person, authors evaluated and analysed the drawbacks presented in the techonology information committed for novelty retrieval by using the law of contradiction and logical derivation, thus to find out the crucial reason. Finally, authors suggest that sci-tech personnels should follow the principle of a practical and realistic style and a rigorous scientific approach in making the committed technology information materials.
