摘　　要：作为教师，学海泛舟数十年，笔者经历了很多困惑，也遭遇过很多曲折。然而，“黑夜给了我黑色的眼睛”——恰是那诸多的困惑和曲折。凝成了宝贵的经验和智慧。在此，笔者把它梳理成短论三则，权且为学海迷茫的青少年提个醒，以便拔云雾见青天，从而起到引领航向的作用!As the teacher, studied the sea to go boating the dozens of years, the author has experienced very many confusion, also has encountered very many winding. However, ＂the dark night has given me the black eye＂ is exactly that many confusion and winding, congealed the precious experience and the wisdom.
