蚕沙水提液对小鼠药理作用的实验研究

摘　　要：研究了蚕沙水提液对小鼠体重、耐力、催眠、镇静的药理作用。蚕沙水提液可以显著增加小鼠的体重,减少小鼠自主活动次数,缩短戊巴比妥纳引起的入睡潜伏期并延长睡眠时间,表现出明显的营养、镇静、催眠等作用。结果显示,蚕沙具有很好的药用与饲料用开发价值。Some pharmacological effects of the water extract from silkworm feces on Rat were studied in the paper. The rat＇s body weight were increased, the independent activity times were decreased, the drop asleep delitescence caused by pentobarbital sodium was shortened, the sleep times were prolonged by water extract from silkworm feces. The result showed that the silkworm fece can be a significant nutrition, sedation, hypnogenesis and so on, has very high medicinal and feed value.
