北京市朝阳区2005～2008年性病门诊HIV感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解性病门诊就诊者HIV感染状况及其人口学和行为学特征,为制定艾滋病(AIDS)预防控制规划及效果评估提供依据。方法按照《北京市HIV哨点监测方案》,对北京市朝阳区哨点监测单位性病门诊就诊者实施哨点监测。结果共监测4 181名就诊者,平均年龄33.13岁;男女性别比为2.18:1;户籍本市和外省比例为1∶1.24;婚姻状况已婚为主54.99%;文化程度以大专/大学及以上为主37.89%;职业分布中其他最多40.80%。近3个月内有48.84%婚外性伙伴,其中只有25.17%的人正确使用安全套。1145人患有性病占27.38%,HIV抗体阳性18例,感染率6.5%。2.41%的人曾输过血/血制品或卖过血;近3个月有0.62%的人用过毒品。结论性病门诊就诊人群中存在HIV感染的高危因素,必须加强对其相关知识宣传教育和行为干预工作。Objective Tin understands the infectious status of sexually transmitted diseases, HIV infection in out-patient Methods A sentinel surveillance of sexually transmitted diseases in out-patient was conducted in Chanyang District of Beijing in accordance with the ＂Beijing HIV sentinel surveillance program＂. Results A total of 4 181 monitoring visits was made and the average age of the outpatients was 33.13 years of age, the male and female ratio was 2.18：1,54.99% of them were married,37.89% of them were with a higher learning educational background,40.80% of them were jobless or other oceapations. Nearly 48.84% had extra-marital sexual partners in the last three months and only 25.17% of them used condoms. There 1145 were suffering from sexually transmitted diseases （27.38%）. There were 18 HIV-positives （6.5%）. There 2.41% of the outpatients either used blood products or once sold their blood. In addition,0.62 of them used drugs in the last three months. Conclusions Sexually transmitted diseases among outpatients is high risk factors for HIV transmission and intervention measures including health eduction be carried out to eonntrol the spead the STD .
