玉溪市主要的公共卫生疾病死亡与潜在寿命损失调查

摘　　要：目的了解玉溪市与公共卫生相关疾病的死亡与潜在寿命损失的情况。方法选择不同的地区,对2003年1月1日～2005年12月31日因公共卫生疾病死亡居民进行调查。结果2003～2005年伤害、婴儿、精神疾病、传染病和孕产妇死亡率分别为42.41/10万、16.17‰、15.61/10万、4.58/10万和58.70/10万。婴儿、伤害、传染病和精神疾病的潜在寿命损失率(YPLL)分别为10.26‰、9.25‰、0.084‰和0.073‰。结论当地主要的公共卫生疾病死亡率均较高,精神疾病死亡率呈上升趋势,伤害、婴儿、精神疾病和传染病的死亡率,具有山区乡镇高于半山区和坝区乡镇,彝族、哈尼族和傣族高于其它民族的特点,县区间孕产妇死亡率无显著差异。Objective To understand the situation of diseases death with year potential lifespan loss （YPLL）that related to public health of Yuxi Prefecture. Methods The inhabitants died of public health diseases from 1, Jan., 2003 to 31, Dee. 2005 were surveyed. Results The mortality rates injury,infants,mental diseases,infectious diseases,pregnant and lying-in woman was 42.41/100000,16.17/100000,15.61/100000,4.58/100000 and 58.70/100000,respectively in 2003-2005. The YPLL for infants,injury,infectious diseases and mental diseases were 10.26/1000,9.25/1000,0.084/1000 and 0.073/1000 respectively. Conclusion The mo^lity of main public health diseases in local place is high. The mortality of mental diseases tends increasing. The mortality of injury,infants,mental diseases and infectious diseases are high in maitainous areas than haft hilly area and basin areas . and the mortality of ethnics of Yi, Hani and Dai was higher than other nationalities.
