老年非瓣膜病心房纤颤伴缺血性脑卒中的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探索老年非瓣膜病房颤(NVAF)患者发生缺血性脑卒中的危险因素。方法收集近年来在我院住院的261例老年NVAF患者的临床资料,分析脑卒中发生的高危因素。结果多因素Logistic回归模型提示年龄(P=0.0203)、治疗方式(P=0.002)和高血压(P=0.0003)是老年NVAF患者发生缺血性脑卒中的高危因素。结论对合并高血压的高龄NVAF患者应进行正规的抗栓治疗以降低脑卒中发生率。Objective To explore the risk factors of ischemic stroke in non-valvular atrial fibrillation （NVAF） of the elderly. Methods The clinieal data of aged NVAF patients admitted to our hospital in recent years were recorded. The factors related to ischemie stroke were analyzed retrospectively. Resdts Logistic regression analysis used for multivariate analysis indicated that age （P=0.0203）,antithrombotic treatment （P=0.002） and hypertension （P=0.0003） were positively related to the ischemic stroke in NVAF of the elderly. Conclusions Antithrombotie treatment in aged NVAF with hypertension is essential for the prevention of ischemic stroke.
