梅花针联合肤疾宁治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察梅花针叩刺联合肤疾宁外用方法治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:65例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予西可韦片口服、肤疾宁隔日外用,治疗组在每次外用肤疾宁前加梅花针叩刺,疗程为2周。结果:治疗组1周愈显率63.64%,2周愈显率87.88%;对照组1周愈显率37.5%,2周愈显率65.63%。两组愈显率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:采用梅花针联合肤疾宁治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效确切可靠。Objective:To determine the clinical curative effect of the dermal needles and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin Paste on chronic eczema.Methods :65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the two groups were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin Paste.The treatment group was pinprick by dermal needles before rubbed on Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin Paste.A treatment period was 1 week,invesgetting two period.Results :The response rate of one period and two period in the treatment group were 63.63% and 87.88% respectively.The response rate of one period and two period in the control group were 37.5% and 65.63% respectively.Statistically the difference between these two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion :The effect of combing Dermal needles with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Neomycin Paste on chronic eczema is exact and reliable.
