摘  要:目的观察川芎嗪对丙泊酚致小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法将小鼠分为3组:生理盐水组(NS组)、丙泊酚组(P组)和川芎嗪+丙泊酚组(LP组),每组10只。用避暗实验(step-through test)分别观察24 h后记录小鼠的潜伏期和错误次数。结果与NS组相比,P组潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),错误次数增加(P<0.05);与P组相比,LP组错误次数明显减少(P<0.01),潜伏期有增长趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论川芎嗪改善丙泊酚所致小鼠学习记忆障碍。Objective To investigate the effect of ligustrazine on propofol - induced learning deficit and dysmnesia in mice. Methods The mice were divided into 3 groups (n = 10) : normal saline group ( group NS), propofol group ( group P) and ligustrazine + propofol ( group LP). The latency and error numbers of in each group were observed by the step - through task. Results Compared with group NS, the latency of group P decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , while the error numbers increased (P 〈 0.05 ). As compared to group P, the error numbers of group LP decreased (P 〈 0.01 ) and the latency showed a tendency of increase. However, the differences in latency were of no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Ligustrazine could improve the propofol- induced learning deficit and dysmnesia in mice.
