摘 要:简述了溪洛渡、向家坝水电站的基本情况.针对长江中下游支流众多、洪水组成复杂的洪水特性,选取多种典型洪水进行长江中下游整体设计洪水的设计.阐述了三峡水库的防洪调度方式,并分析了溪洛渡、向家坝与三峡水库的联合调度方式,采用溪洛渡、向家坝与三峡水库联合调度和中下游江湖洪水演进数学模型,通过计算溪洛渡、向家坝水电站建成前后长江中下游遇不同频率洪水河道超额洪量的变化,分析溪洛渡、向家坝水电站对长江中下游的防洪作用.研究表明,三峡工程建成后,溪洛渡、向家坝水电站的建成将进一步减少长江中下游遇大洪水时的超额洪量,进一步改善长江中下游防洪形势.A brief description of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations is given firstly. For the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River with numerous branches and characterized by complex flood composition, the design flood is determined based on several typical floods. The flood control and operation mode of the Three Gorges Reservoir is expounded; and the joint operation mode of Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba and Three Gorges reservoirs is analyzed. For this, a flood routing mathematical model is used to calculate the change of excess flood in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in case of different frequencies of flood events before and after the Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba bydropower stations are put into operation; and the role of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations in flood control of the middle and lower Yangtze River is analyzed. Studies have shown that after the Three Gorges Project is built, the construction of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations will further reduce the excess flood in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in case of flood events so as to improve the flood control situation of the middle and lower Yangtze River.
