摘 要:针对某氧化铜矿品位低、氧化率高、结合率高等特点,采用先添加硫化剂硫化和硫酸铵活化,再以水玻璃+六偏磷酸钠组合抑制剂强化抑制,以混合黄药680+丁铵黑药+羟肟酸组合捕收剂强化捕收的新药剂制度,对该矿石进行了系统的浮选试验研究,确定了氧化铜矿最佳分选条件与药剂制度,闭路试验指标达到铜精矿品位17.39%,回收率59.36%。To beneficiate a copper oxide ore with low copper grade, high oxidation rate and high combination ratio of inseparable copper, a new reagent system was adopted and systemic flotation tests were carried out. A sulphidizer and ammonium sulfate were introduced in advance correspondingly to sulfurate and activate the ore, thereafter, a combined depressant consisting of sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate was added to strengthen depression and a combined collector consisting of xanthate 680, butylamine dithiophosphate and hydroximic acid was used to intensify the collecting effect. An optimized separation condition and reagent system were determined, while, for the closed circuit bench test, a copper concentrate with a grade of 17.39% and a recovery of 59.36% can be obtained.
