摘 要:采用超临界水氧化法(SCWO)选冶难选金矿石,考察了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、过氧系数等不同影响因素对金回收率的影响。正交试验结果表明,反应温度是主要因素,反应压力是次要因素。实验结果表明,当温度为500℃、压力为26 MPa、反应时间为680 s、氧气过剩比为1∶1时,其对金的回收率达到92.26%。反应过程中不排放污染物,符合清洁生产要求。Supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) was used for dressing and smelting of refractory gold ore. The influences of the factors including reaction temperature, reaction pressure, reaction time, peroxide coefficient on gold recovery were investigated. The results of orthogonal experiment indicated that reaction temperature was the major influencing factor, and the reaction pressure was the secondary factor. The results of experiment also indicated that when the reaction was carried out for 680 s at 470 ℃ under 26 MPa with a peroxide ratio of 1 : 1, the recovery rate of refractory gold ore reached to 92.26%. Moreover, no pollutant was discharged in the process of reaction, so it met the requirement for clean oroduction.
