摘 要:利用水杨醛和邻氨基苯酚合成了水杨醛缩邻氨基苯酚席夫碱(以下简称SA),并将其作为中性载体与碳粉混合,以液体石蜡为粘合剂,制备了一种高灵敏,易更新石蜡修饰的铜离子选择性电极。电极对于浓度在1.0×10-5~1.0×10-2mol/L范围内的Cu2+具有能斯特响应,检测限为5.0×10-6mol/L;电极的响应时间均小于60s;电极稳定性好,可在一个星期内连续使用。该离子选择性电极已用于湿法冶金废水中Cu2+的分析,两个样品测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=8)分别为0.8%和1.4%,加标回收率分别为101%和100%。A high-sensitivity and easy-refreshing copper ion selective electrode modified with paraffin was fabricated by mixing solicylidene-o-aminophenol(SA) with carbon powder using paraffin oil as binder, The SA was synthesized with solicylidene and aminophenol. The electrode exhibited a Nernstian response to Cu2+ over a range of 1.0×10^-5 -1.0×10^-2 mol/L with a detection limit of 5.0 ×10^-6 mol/L. The response time of the electrode was less than 60 s. The electrode could be used continually within a week. The electrode also exhibited high selectivity to Cu(Ⅱ) in the presence of a wide variety of metal ions. It has been used to determine copper ion in waste water samples from hydrometallurgy of copper.
