摘 要:为了满足现代稀土钢研发的要求,研究并建立了利用高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定低合金钢、不锈钢中的痕量稀土元素Ce含量的方法。详细讨论了质谱干扰,特别是Mo的干扰及分辨率的选择。当Mo的质量分数为2%以下时,可选用低分辨率进行分析;当Mo的质量分数为2%~6%时,可选择中分辨率进行分析。Mo的质量分数高于6%的影响通过干扰系数来扣除。基体效应通过内标Sc补偿。本方法测定下限为0.00002%(钼的质量分数),标准加入的回收率为92%~110%。利用标准物质验证了方法的准确度,测定值与认定值吻合,RSD小于10%。In order to meet the requirement of the research of rare earth steel, a method for the analysis of trace Ce in low alloy steel and stainless steel by high-resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been established. Interference, especially mass spectrometric interference from Mo, and the selection of resolution grade has been studied in detail. The interference is not obviouse when content of Mo is less than 2% in low resolution(LR) or less than 6% in middle resolution(MR). The interference from Mo higher than 6% can be corrected with interference factor. Matrix effect can be compensated by internal element Sc. The low limit of determination of the method is 0. 000 02 %. The standard addition recovery is 92 %--110 %. The accuracy has been tested with certified reference materials. It showed that the measured results were consistent with the certified values, with RSD lower than 10%.
