摘 要:建立了在非离子(O/W)型微乳液(OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O)中罗丹明B-磷钒钼杂多酸显色体系分光光度法测定钢样中磷的方法。对各试剂用量进行优化。罗丹明B-磷钒钼杂多酸形成的缔合物的最大吸收波长为585nm,磷含量在0.015~0.10μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.0956ρ-0.0382,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.48×105L·mol-1·cm-1,大多数常见离子不干扰测定,铜的干扰可加EDTA消除。方法用于标准钢样中磷的测定,结果与认定值相吻合,相对标准偏差在1.2%~3.5%之间。A spectrophotometry for the determination of phosphorus in steel samples by colour reaction of rhodamine B with phosphorus- vanadium - molybdenum heteropoly acid in O/W nonionic microemulsion( OP/n-C5 HnOH/n-C7 H16/H2O) medium was established. The dosage of reagents was optimized. The maximum absorption wavelength of the association complex of rhodamine B with phos- phorusvanadium - molybdenum heteropoly acid was at 585nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0. 015--0.10/μg/mL for P . The linear regression equation was A=0. 095 6p--0. 038 2. The apparent molar absorptivity was ×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 Most common ions did not interfere with the determination . The interference from Cu2+ was removed by adding EDTA. The method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in standard steel samples and the results were consistent with certified values with RSD of 1.2 %--3.5%.
