摘  要:合成了以乙二胺为核的树形聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM),并将4-十二烷氧基偶氮苯-4′-磺酰氯偶氮液晶基元引入到PAMAM的末端,在常温常压下合成了一种新的偶氮液晶树形高分子化合物。用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)对产物的结构进行了表征,以差热分析(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)研究了其液晶性。DSC研究表明,该化合物从室温升温到177℃时有丝状织构出现,即典型的向列型液晶织构,在逐渐降温过程中,丝状液晶织构不消失,在203℃出现了液晶相,结合POM的研究表明,合成的该树形液晶高分子呈现出典型的向列型液晶织构。Polyamidoamine dendrimers with ethylenediamine as core have been synthesized, and then azobenzeneliquid crystal units 4-dodecyloxyphenylazo-4'-sulfonyl chloride were introduced to the terminal of the polyarnidoamine (PAMAM). The target copolymers synthesized were characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (^1H-NMR) and liquid crystallinity was studied by differencial scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing microscope (POM). DSC study reveals that the polymers show comparatively obvious smectie liquid crystal texture when the temperature reaches 177 ℃, and it doesn't disappear during the gradual cooling process and the liquid crystalline phase appears again at 203 ℃, combining with the result of POM study, it indicates that the dendritic liquid crystal polymer synthesized above exhibits typical nematic texture.
