摘  要:以乙腈为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备单分散的苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯交联聚合物微球。用扫描电镜和激光粒度仪对微球的形态、粒径大小及分布进行表征。系统地研究了引发剂用量、单体总体积分数、单体配比及助溶剂等条件对微球形态、粒径大小及分布的影响。结果表明,当AIBN用量为单体总质量的2%,单体总体积分数为2%,单体配比为1∶1(体积比)时,可制备出单分散的苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯交联聚合物微球。Narrowdisperse crosslinked poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization with acetonitrile as solvent and 2, 2'-azobis (2-methylpropionitrile)(AIBN) as initiator. The morphology, particle size and size distribution of microspheres were determined by scanning electron microscope and laser particle analyzer. Effects of various polymerization parameters such as initiator and monomers volume percent, volume ratio of monomers, and cosolvent on the morphology, particle size and size distribution were investigated. When mass percent 2% of AIBN (based on total monomer) and volume percent 2% of total monomer (based on total solvent) were used, and volume ratio of monomers was 1 : 1, the narrowdisperse microspheres were obtained. The narrowdisperse microspheres could not be obtained using acetonitrile/toluene mixture as solvent.
