摘 要:通过采用紫外预辐照聚丙烯膜,再用溶液接枝方法制备聚丙烯接枝聚丙烯腈微孔膜,对聚丙烯微孔膜进行亲水改性。研究了紫外光照射时间、单体、引发剂用量、反应时间和温度对接枝率的影响。其最佳反应条件为紫外光照20 min,单体体积分数15%,引发剂用量2×10-3mol/L,反应温度60℃。用红外、扫描电镜对聚丙烯膜接枝前后的微观结构进行表征。同时对膜的接触角、吸水率和水通量进行测试,发现其亲水性能和水通量有很大的提高。It was the first time to take the advantage of ultraviolet to radiate polypropylene membranes before the solute grafting reaction, and polypropylene-graft-polyacrylontrile membranes with different grafting degree were suceessfully prepared. Then the research of the relationship between reaction conditions and the grafting degree has been taken. Finally the best reaction conditions were found out. The grafted polypropylene (PP) membrane was identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic(FT-IR) spectra and scanning electron microscope(SEM), contact angle measurement, water swelling percentage, and water flux of the membranes was studied as well. The results show that the hydrophilicity of the membranes is improved obviously.
