摘　　要："古田会议"召开的目的,主要是为了解决红四军党的建设中所存在的问题,特别是党的组织建设方面的问题。针对当时党内的民主集中制、党的干部队伍建设以及党员队伍建设等方面所存在的问题,"古田会议"提出了许多有针对性的解决方案。这一方案对当时整个苏区的党建工作也有相当的借鉴意义。The main purpose of ＂Gutian Conference＇solved the problems of C.P.C＇s development in the Fourth Workerpeasant Red Army, especially in the party＇s organizational development. With regard to the problems such as party＇s democratic centralism, the devolopment of the party＇s cadres and party members,＂Gutian Conference＂ put forward a number of targeted solutions. The program also drew a considerable significance on C.P.C＇s development in the Soviet Area.
