摘 要:介绍了重庆电网一条220 kV高压输电线路在运行中出现的"挂灯笼"现象及特点,通过线路绝缘子电压分布和积污规律分析认为:"挂灯笼"现象实质就是线路外配置绝缘偏低以及环境条件所造成的局部雾闪。从线路外绝缘配置、改善电场分布、提高清扫的质量及定期测试和更换不合格绝缘子等方面提出相应的改进措施以根除线路绝缘子挂的"灯笼"现象,同时也可以有效地避免发生污闪和雾闪事故。The "lantern lighting" phenomenon and characteristic of a running 220 kV electric transmission line in Chongqing power grid was described, it was found through analysis that the primary cause of the "lantern lighting" phenomenon was the low external insulation level and the environmental conditions leading to fog flashover. At last, corresponding improvement measures were proposed to eradicate the "lantern lighting" at line insulation in the aspects of external insulation arrangement, improving the electric field distribution and insulation cleaning quality, regular detecting and replacing failed insulators, at the same time avoiding the follution or fog flashover accidents.
