摘 要:针对压电换能器传统装配中存在的扭矩不稳定和大批量装配时不能保证统一性与准确性的问题,分析了液压扭矩扳手结构特点及其关键设计,提出了压电换能器装配液压扭矩扳手的具体方案。研究结果表明,该方案实现了大批量压电换能器装配扭矩恒定的要求,也为大批量恒扭矩装配压电换能器奠定了基础。For piezoelectric transducers that existed in the traditional mode of assembly torque unstable questions, in order to implementing the unity and accuracy of mass assembly for piezoelectric transducer, the construction characteristics of hydraulic torque wrench and the key point for its designation were analyzed and researched, and the concrete schemethe for designing hydraulic torque wrench was given in assembling piezoelectric transducer which achieved requirements of assembling piezoelectric transducer in large quantities. The result indicates that the research establishes the foundation for assembling piezoelectric transducer quickly and accurately in large quantities.
