摘  要:鄂州电厂一期锅炉采用双进双出钢球磨煤机,为了防止堵管,煤粉管道内引入辅助风,由于辅助风为冷风,对炉膛燃烧不利,为了解决这些问题,锅炉大修前后开展了一系列的试验研究工作,研究关闭磨煤机辅助风对一次风风速、风温、磨煤机最大出力和锅炉燃烧的影响,论证关闭磨煤机辅助风的必要性和应注意的问题。试验工作达到了预期效果,保证了锅炉安全经济运行。The double-entry-double-exit ball mill systems are adopted to the mill of the first stage boilers in Ezhou power plant. Auxiliary air has been introduced to the pulverized coal tubes to avoid tube jam. Owing to the auxiliary air is cold,it is disadvantageous to combustion in the furnace. In order to solve these problems, a series of experiments were conducted before the overhaul to investigate the effects of the shutting auxiliary air on the velocity and temperature of the primary air, the largest coal supply of the mill and the combustion in the furnace. The research shows the necessity of the shutting auxiliary air of the mill and the relevant problems should be noticed. The experimental work achieves the expected effects and promotes the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
