摘　　要：分析与讨论Q信令的原理及特点,通过对宜昌供电公司行政交换机的软件升级及配置,采用中国七号信令或GSIG对宜昌供电公司电力系统行政交换网进行改造,以便提高跨局呼叫接续速度,将以往的2次汇接电话接通时间从十几秒缩短到五秒钟。The principle and feature of Q signaling were analyzed and discussed. Through upgrading the software and configuration of the administrative switch the No. 7 signaling of china or GSIG was adopted to reform the electric power communication switching network of our company in order to enhance the call through speed among the bureaus. The time of twice call setup is reduced from more than ten seconds to five seconds.
