草原红牛乳脂率变化规律的研究

摘　　要：草原红牛的平均乳脂率为３．３５％，随年龄的增长而逐渐下降，由４岁的３．７３％降到９岁的３．１３％；随胎次的增加也逐渐下降，由１胎的４．０％到６胎降到３．１４％；随泌乳月的延长而呈两头高中间低的曲线变化。The average rate of milk fat of Red steppe was 3.35%. With age increasing, milk fat rate droped gradually by 3.73% at the age of 4 years old to 3.13% at the age of a years old. with delivery number increasing, milk fat rate also droped gradually by 4.00% at first delivery to 3.14% at sixth delivery. With lactation month increasing, milk fat rate was higher in two ends of lactation period than in the middle period of lactation.
