20例附睾精子肉芽肿彩超图像特征与病理对照分析

摘　　要：目的总结附睾精子肉芽肿彩超图像特征,结合病理基础对照分析,旨在提高诊断附睾精子肉芽肿符合率。方法根据肿块彩超图像特征,对20例肿块的彩超图声像与病理特点对照分析。结果20例附睾精子肉芽肿中,彩超与病理对照分析显示:低回声型14例、高回声型3例、中等回声型3例。其彩超图像特点主要与肿块纤维组织成分多少有关。彩超示肿块血流呈低速低阻血流。结论附睾精子肉芽肿彩超图像特征表现主要基于其病理组织结构的特点;彩超检查结合肿块病理资料能进一步提高彩超对该病的诊断准确率。彩超对附睾精子肉芽肿是一种有价值的检查方法,可列为首选。To promote the diagnostic accordance rate of the sperrnatic granuloma,summarized the ultrasonographic features of the sperrnatic granuloma,and analyed the contrasts of ultrasonography to pathologic results. Methods According to the ultrasonographic features of the tumors and collecting the history information of clinic. 20 patients With sperrnatic granuloma were studied by ultrasonography and pathology. Results Of 20 patients with sperrnatie granuloma,their ultrasonographic features were as follows：14 cases as low echoe, 3 cases as hyperechoic and 3 cases as moderate echoic. The ultrasonographic picture varieties were mostly related to quantity of the fibrous tissue. The color Doppler ultrasonography showed low speed and low resistance blood flow of the mass. Conclusion The ultrasonography of the sperrnatic granuloma,is mainly based on the characteristics organization of pathology. The combination of ultrasonography and pathology information can make the accuracy rate of diagnosis higher. Ultrasonic examination is valuable in diagnosis of sperrnatic granuloma.
