摘　　要：当前管理模式面临复杂性的挑战,把复杂性科学引入现代管理以适应当今社会和经济发展的需要,有助于在更深层次和更广范围洞察管理问题.论文初探了复杂性管理问题.Current management models are faced with the challenges of complexity. To introduce the complexity science into modern management can help it to adapt to the current social and economic development and enable people to have a deeper and broader insight into the management problem.This paper discusses the complexity management problems.
