摘　　要：目的研究苦参愈肠合剂的制备方法及质量控制方法。方法根据发病机理,设计苦参愈肠合剂的处方,制订制备工艺和质量控制标准并用于临床。结果苦参愈肠合剂制备简便,质量可控;治疗溃疡性结肠炎的总有效率为97.83%,而对照组总有效率为91.86%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论该制剂处方合理,制备方法可行,质量控制方法可靠,临床疗效确切。Objective To study the preparation of Kushen Yuchang Mixture and its quality control method. Methods According to the pathogenic mechanism, the prescription of Kushen Yucbang Mixture was designed. The preparation technology and quality control standard were established and used in clinic. Results Kushen Yuchang Mixture was simply prepared with reliable quality. The total effective rate for treating ulcerative colitis was 97.83%, while that of the control group was 91.86%. The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The recipe of the preparation is reasonable, the preparation method is feasible, the quality is controllable and the clinical curative effect is definite
