摘　　要：目的:从鸭胆汁中分离纯化分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)。方法:采用饱和硫酸铵和不同浓度聚乙二醇PEG-6000沉淀法和Micro-Prep S离子交换法从鸭胆汁中提取SIgA。SIgA的纯度和活性经SDS-PAGE和ELISA法检测并进行比较。结果:建立了从鸭胆汁中分离纯化高纯度SIgA的方法。结论:用终浓度15%的PEG-6000沉淀法可从鸭胆汁中获得电泳纯的SIgA,其产量最高,活性最好。Objective： To isolate and purify secretory immunoglobulin A （SIgA） from duck bile. Method： Ammonium sulfate precipitation, different concentration of polyethylene glycol （PEG-6000） precipitation and further purification by Macro-Prep S were used to isolate duck SIgA. The Purification and antibody activity of purified SIgA were estimated by SDS-PAGE and ELISA methods, respectively. Result： The method was developed to isolate and purify high purity SIgA from duck bile. Conclusion： The highest output and purity of cluck SIgA were obtained by the PEG precipitation.
