摘　　要：住宅建设随着城市化进程的加快必然造成消耗资源、影响环境的局面,运用生态建筑技术建造住宅是改善这一局面的有效措施。从生态技术角度对住宅建筑的环境、节能、材料使用、绿化、节约用水和减少污染等方面进行了有益的探索。With the speed up urbanization process, residential construction will inevitably lead to the situation of consuming resources and affecting envirament, the use of eco - consturction techniques for resi- dential construction is a effective measure to improve the situation. We have made useful explorations about residential construction environment, energy conservation, material application, green, frugal water, reduced pollution and so on from eco- technology angle.
