摘　　要：广义的导出有序加权平均(GIOWA)算子是一种有效的信息集结方法,对方案以模糊语言形式进行评估的多属性决策问题有重要的理论意义。采用GIOWA算子对隶属度值进行加权,进而对方案集进行优序排序。结合实例分析说明方法有效、可行。General Induce Ordered Weighted Averaging （GIOWA） Operator is a effective methodof collecting information . It has profound theory mean to fuzzy multiattribute decision making . In this paper , weight averaging the membership degree by the GIOWA operator. Then the ranking order of all alternatives is generated. Finally a numberical example is examined to show that the method is effective and practical.
