HPLC法测定小儿热速清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：研究小儿热速清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用AgilentzorbaxSB-C18柱，甲醇-水-磷酸（45：55：0．2）为流动相，流量为1．0mL·min-1，检测波长为276nm。结果：黄芩苷在0．5~100μg·mL-1之间线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．68％，RSD为0．85％。结论：该法简单、准确，灵敏度高，可用于该制剂的测定和质量控制指标。Objective： To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of baicalin in XiaoErReSuQing Granules. Methods： HPLC method as selected to determine, the content Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column was used, The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid（45： 55： 0. 2）, with the folw rate at 1.0mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was at 276nm. Results： The linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 5~100μg·mL-1 （r=0. 9999）. The average recovery was 99. 68%, with RSD 0. 85%. Conclusion. The results showed that this method is sensitive, simple, specific and accurate for the determination of baica- lin in XiaoErReSuQing Granules.
