摘 要:目的鉴定当归提取物的主要化学成分,并观察其镇痛作用。方法采用Molish反应和Fehling实验反应对当归提取物进行鉴定,苯酚-硫酸法测定其糖含量;采用小鼠扭体法和热板法观察当归提取物的镇痛作用。结果当归提取物的主要成分为多糖,其糖含量为81.4%,此提取物可明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应,提高小鼠痛觉反应的痛阈。结论此当归提取物主要成分为多糖,具有明显的镇痛作用。Objective To identify and analyze the main composition of Angelica Sinensis extract and to investigate its analgesic effect. Methods The identification test was processed with Molish test and Fehling test, the polysaccharide cont'cnt analysis was processed by phenol-sulfuric acid reaction. The analgesic effect was in- vestigated by acetic acid--induced wringing test and hot-plate procedure in mice. Results The main composition of Angelica Sinensis extract was polysaccharidc, the polysaccharide content of Angelica Sinensis extract was 81.37%. The frequency of wringing reaction induced by acetic acid was obviously decreased, and the pain threshold of mice in the hot-plate procedure was increased after the animals were administered with Angelica Sinensis extract. Conclusion The result indicates that the main composition of Angelica Sinensis extract is polysaccharide, and it possesses significant analgesic effect.
