摘　　要：从U盘病毒传播原理的分析入手,结合多媒体教室系统维护经验,讨论了U盘病毒的预防、杀毒问题,并提出了一些应对措施。Combined with the experience of system maintenance in multimedia classroom, the paper started with the analysis of the transmission principle of U disk virus and discussed the preventive measures against U disk virus as well as how to deal with the virus. And then proposed some countermeasures, hoping that they can play a role for teachers in protecting their data in U disk and prevent the virus from transmitting to U disk.
