摘　　要：在分析房地产市场发展的基础上,以莆田市为研究对象,构建在WEB GIS系统支持下的莆田市房地产信息系统,探讨系统在房地产业信息系统中的各种功能,以实现房地产信息和现代网络技术的有机结合,从而有效地促进房地产的发展。Based on the analysis of the real estate market development, taking Putain City as the research target, This paper constructs real estate information system of Putian City which is supported by WEB GIS and discusses the functions of the real estate system to realize the organic combination of the real estate and Modern Network Technology and conceive ideas of future development and promote the development of real estate effectively.
