蜂贝化瘀胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察蜂贝化瘀胶囊治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病患者周围神经病变（DN）的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法随机将60例DN患者分为蜂贝化瘀胶囊治疗组和弥可保对照组（各30例），观察用药前后周围神经传导速度、过氧化物酶歧化酶（SOD）含量、血糖、血脂等指标的变化。结果川蜂贝化瘀胶囊治疗后DN患者的周围神经病变症状明显改善，神经传导速度增快，某些神经传导速度的改善优于弥可保组（p〈0．01），SOD升高优于弥可保纽（p〈0．01）。结论蜂贝化瘀胶囊能够减轻DN患者的临床症状，改善病变神经传导速度，有较强的抗自由基损伤和抗脂质过氧化作剧。Objective： To observe the effects and explore the mechanisms of fengbeihuayu capsule in treating peripheral nerve lesions（DN） of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus＇ patient. Methods： 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly： fengbeihuayu capsule group and mikebao group （each group had 30 patients）, The speed of peripheral nerve conducting, the properties of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, Blood glucose and blood lipids et al were observed. Resusts： in fengheihuayu capsule treating group, the peripheral nerve syptom was significiently improved, the speed of nerve conducting became Paster, some nerve conducting speed was improved better than that of mikebao group （p〈O.O1）, SOD was higher than mikcbao group （p〈0.01） .Conclusion： The fengbeihuayu capsule can improve DN patient syptom.and the speed of nerve conducting, also have the fact of anti free radical injury or lipids superoxidant.
