摘  要:目的观察电针关元穴对急性脊髓损伤后尿潴留模型大鼠逼尿肌兴奋性的影响。方法将健康成年雌性SD大鼠80只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针关元穴治疗组,每组20只。采用重物坠击法建立急性脊髓损伤后尿潴留大鼠模型,穴位电针治疗10次,每天1次,治疗结束后行离体逼尿肌最小收缩张力和收缩频率的测定。结果与正常组和假手术组相比,模型组逼尿肌最小收缩张力增高,收缩频率减慢(P<0.05);正常组和假手术组比较,无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);与模型组相比,针刺组最小收缩张力明显降低,收缩频率增加(P<0.05)。结论电针关元穴可以降低尿潴留大鼠逼尿肌的最小收缩张力并提高其收缩频率;电针治疗神经源性尿潴留的机制可能是通过提高逼尿肌兴奋性、增加膀胱收缩能力、改善逼尿肌的收缩频率,从而到达膀胱排尿功能的重建。Objective To study the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at Guanyuan point on the excitability of detrusor of rats with urinary retention after acute spinal eord injury. Method 80 healthy adult SD female rats were randomly and evenly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group, and electroacupuncture at Guanyuan point treatment group. The rat spinal cord weight -drop injury models were established to produce urinary retention after acute spinal cord injury. The rats in EA group were given the treatment of point electroaeupuncture 10 times once a day, and then tested in vivo the minimum contraction tension and contraction frequency of detrusor after the treatment. Result Compared with normal group and sham operation group, the minimum contraction tension in model group increased, and the frequency of eontraction decreased (P 〈 0.05 ) ; In comparison with normal group and sham operation group, no significant difference was observed ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with model group, the minimum contraction tension in electroacupuncture group reduced significandtly, and the frequency of contraction increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of eleetroacupuncture at Guanyuan point can decrease the minimum contraction tension and increase the frequency of contraction of detrusor of rats with urinary retention. The mechanism of treating neurogenie urinary retention by electroaeupuncture at Guanyuan point might be that it could increase the exeitability of detrusor, enhance the contraction ability of bladder and improve frequency of contraction, thus reconstruct the urination function of bladder.
