摘  要:目的测定不同品种莪术挥发性成分,比较3个品种莪术蓬莪术、广西莪术以及温莪术挥发油化学成分及含量的差异。方法采用超临界萃取广莪术正交设计试验得出的最佳提取工艺,用最佳工艺提取不同品种莪术挥发油,用GS-MS联用分析各挥发油的组分,对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果不同品种莪术超临界萃取挥发油得油率在2.99%-3.08%之间,分别鉴别出29-35个化学成分。结论不同品种莪术挥发油存在较大差异,主要为萜类及倍半萜类衍生物。Objective To determine the volatile components of different Ezhu rarities, and compare the differences of chemical composition and volatile oil content among three varieties, Peng Ezhu,Guangxi Ezhu and Wen Ezhu. Methods The best extraetion technology derived from orthogonal design on supereritical fluid extraction of Guang Ezbu was applied to extract different varieties of volatile oil in rhizoma curcuma, which then underwent GS - MS combined analysis for analyzing the composing ingredients. Then the isolated compounds were strueturaUy identified and the relative percentages of eaeh ingredients were ealeulated using chromatography area normalization. Results The oil yielding rate of different varieties of volatile oil in rhizoma eureuma is between 2.99% - 3.08% 29 - 35 chemical constituents were identified. Conclusion Volatile oil in rhizoma eureuma of different varieties differ obviously. Its main constituents are terpenes and sesquiterpene derivatives.
